So, I'm about to publish my personal website. I already had a website that someone else made. Now I can't blame anyone if this looks crappy. Eep!
I looked up website making on Backstage and some hot points were: -Include a personal/backstage gallery of pics. (so you guys feel like you're getting to know the REAL me) -No Flash. (Apple and Android lost custody of it in the court battle) -Be funny. (pressure noted.) Checking out other actor's websites was pretty overwhelming. SO many different styles. So, eventually I picked simple and clean because those were the sites I liked the best. About to print these postcards (below) and send them out pronto. Looking for a theatrical agent/manager. Looking to get my face in a drawer at a Casting Director's office. I thank God during times like these for putting me in tele-sales (not telepathic sales... telecommunications sales) for the past 10 years. Marketing an I-phone, Marketing myself? I'm on it.
